A Masterplan Built Around Movement and Waterfront Living
Fahid Island is being developed as a connected destination rather than a collection of standalone residential projects.
The masterplan includes more than 6,000 residences, 11 km of coastline and 4.6 km of natural beachfront, with more than 30% of the island dedicated to open natural space.
At its centre is a 10 km Berm Park, creating a continuous green corridor for walking, cycling and recreation. A 2 km waterfront promenade connects key residential, retail and leisure areas.
Residential communities, hospitality, education, wellness and retail are then built around this network.

501 residences across six buildings, including apartments, duplexes and penthouses, with beachfront amenities.
